When I bought this dress on a whim from Target I had no idea I’d wear it so much. In fact, I was definitely hesitant about it, but at $12 and change I thought I’d be able to get my money’s worth (even if it does sort of remind me of a tablecloth). Well, it’s held up beautifully through many washes and though not often seen on the blog, it gets a lot of wear.
I really like it with my black blazer, but it’s too warm for velvet now.
Gap blazer, xhilaration/Target dress, MIA boots, Joe Fresh tights, Coach Station bag, Forever21 belt, vintage necklace.
xhilaration/Target dress, Anthropologie belt, Frye boots.
Have a wonderful weekend!
Other ways I’ve worn this dress:
I like it with tights!
Love this dress! Great both ways you styled it.
Hey, I have the paisley version of that dress! I gotta say, I like your floral one better. It’s so pretty. And that velvet blazer of yours! Holy crap, it’s beautiful. I really love it. The bow is the perfect touch. And both pairs of shoes are amazing, but those brown ones especially caught my eye.

This dress is adorable and certainly not a tablecloth! haha Love me a floral print :)
My husband thinks that anything with floral print is destined to be tablecloth material. I disagree. And I totes love this dress, Alex. It’s gorgeous with tights and sans!
Either that or curtains, right? I really thought it looked like a tablecloth when I first got it, but I’m getting over it.
I don’t think you look like a tablecloth either, and i love the belt in your ‘warmer’ look!
I think of the belt as romantic Steampunk. One of my favorites.
This dress is great! I don’t think it looks like a tablecloth at all. I must say, I love it with colored tights best. Btw, is that a new Coach bag, or is that your vintage one?
It’s my super old one. I have both the little Court bag and the Station (this one).
I love this dress on you so much! It looks beautiful!!
Thanks Kelsey! I’ve missed you– when are you going to grace us with your beautiful face again?
Next week, actually! I have a couple posts lined up. The grey weather has been leaving me a bit droopy, so I’ve been lounging in my PJs or living in yoga pants. The sun is starting to peek out every once in a while, though, so my laziness is starting to fade. =)
