‘Twas the week of holiday parties and all through the city… First up: Steve Brings It! at Steve Madden with Keiko, who is just the nicest person ever. It can be a little weird and intimidating meeting really well known bloggers, but Keiko was so easy to talk to. Some sage advice I receieved Tuesday night: if you don’t store your handbags in their dustbags use them to carry your shoes! You can see Keiko’s recap of the event on Keiko Lynn. Nnenna and I are in there amongst the instagrams!

Makeup first, then time for the photobooth! I am such a fail at kiss photos. I kept cracking up! We got instant prints to take right away, and there was an iPad set up to send photos to Twitter, Facebook, email, etc. Best photobooth ever. Steve Madden can definitely throw a party!

A fantastic time with you as always lady! Seriously, photobooths at a party are key! :D
Alex, I swear, I wish I lived in NY! I was soooo envious of all your, Nnenna’s, and Keiko’s IG updates! And all of you look so fabulous!
Thanks Laura! You should come visit us! :D
Aww looks like a fun event – too bad I couldn’t go :(
this looks like it was so fun!
love all the shoes too

Haha it was so much fun that we barely spent any time looking at the shoes!
that sounds like so much fun!! i imagine meeting well known bloggers is kind of like meeting celebrities, haha.
being in the city certianly does have some great perks over being in the suburbs!
Yes, there’s definitely more opportunity for fun events like these. It would be fun to host a blogger event in the suburbs, but… no one would come. I don’t know any bloggers there!
How fun! I was definitely excited to see you on Keiko’s blog yesterday. Quite a fab party!
Yeah it was super awesome meeting Keiko, who is reaaaaaaally tall, especially in heels. And I made it to her post about the party, definitely cool.
Ay, so awesome! “Fabulous” is definitely the word. Between this and Halloween, you’re proving that the ’20s look really works for you!
I’ve been thinking lately that I should look for 20s inspired pieces! I love dresses with elaborate beading, feathers, headbands… and I do like to go sleeveless even during winter!
You ladies look too cute! I love the costumes and makeup. What a fabulous event! Glad you had a great time.
