On Friday after the kensie jewelry preview, Nicole, Nnenna and I decided it would be a good idea to take some photos in Times Square. Or rather I decided Times Square was a totally perfect location and dragged them along with me. It was a little windy, but surprisingly uncrowded. It still weirds me out that there’s no traffic there any more. No more iconic photos of taxis stuck in traffic on Broadway.
Smile! It’s Nnenna!
My classic blogger feet photo. I take one of these every time there’s at least three of us.

Taking photos with friends is so much better than taking them alone. Done anything fun with friends lately?
Such a cute look! Loving your dress and that necklace is amaze!

Bummed I missed you gals at the Kensie event. Times Square does look surprisingly uncrowded.
just found your blog, and love the striped dress!
This is so cute! Is that pop of purple at the neckline attached to the dress, or is it a separate dress or shirt under there?
I just love the little pink touches to this versatile stripe dress.
I know ya’ll had a blast

You know how much I love pink! I can’t wait to wear this dress with bare legs… I’m thinking trench coat, too.
So have you changed your mind about timesquare then? because next time I visit I’m holding you to outfit photos there, okay?
Love your stripes with the pink accents – so ready for spring!!
We stayed on the outskirts really, but yes, next time we can go for outfit photos. It’s quite good at night because of all the light!
“classic blogger feet”…that’s funny! i just left Nnenna’s blog (as a result of your tweet). i couldn’t help but laugh when she referenced you being weather immune. braving the cold – fashionable and cool…a true photog!
I like the combo of your stripes/brights and Nnenna’s soft pastels. I have some fun-friend stuff coming up in March (a pizza-making party, a road trip down to SoCal, Tia coming to visit) and I’m looking forward to it all! It’s hard to get together with friends when they all live an hour-plus away, but it’s always so much fun.
oh Alex, why doesn’t it look cold there at all?!??! and you gals are always so gorgeous! I love that dress and your purse!
I assure you, it was windy and in the 30s. Not totally comfortable, but not that cold to me. Even I would admit it was cold if it had been in the lower 20s!
Love that striped dress- it was a good Anthro find!
Gosh it’s been too long since I’ve been to your fabulous city! Love the night shots!
