Leanne Marshall is my all-time favorite Project Runway designer. She’s best known for her bridal collections, but her signature floaty and feminine aesthetic is unmistakable in every collection. The Fall 2014 collection is very soft, done mostly in grey and blush tones.
Practically every piece is breathtaking. There are gorgeous flow and movement to every gown, but my favorite looks of the season are taken from the shorter cocktail looks. I loved the soft, sweatshirt-like material combined with what (to my eye) appeared to be sheer organza.
As for the gowns, my favorite is the ivory one meant for a bride. The skirt had a beautiful swooshy look to it and I appreciated the modern look of the plunging V-neckline with the delicate lace sleeves. See more Leanne Marshall Fall 2014 below.
The heather grey with the blush tone is a beautiful color combo. I think I need to try to recreate this combo!

The wedding gown with the lace shoulders and plunging neckline would be my dream dress, you know if I weren’t so busty, and also if I could ever afford it.
Alex,
I also love this designer. That very first stress is just so exquisite. I love the combination of fleece with chiffon or organza. These creations are so unique, lovely, and not heavy-handed. Great post, thank you so much for sharing. Kisses, Elle
