I wanted to try out the indoor photo studio thing… yeah, still working out the kinks. Not completely terrible, I just need to work on the lighting and focus. I think the indoor studio might be happening a lot this summer… I’m already over the humidity and it’s only June! I don’t know how I’m going to survive the rest of summer.

These look great! My indoors pictures have a distinct tendency to look like hot ass, but even the slight fuzz and, in your words, “weird” white balance look cool and intentional. Cute dress, too.

Natural light + my floor lamp… which is why the white balance is so weird, haha. Oops.
love that dress – the contrast of the jacket with the floral is always nice. I hate photos outdoors in the winter. I’m so miserable, I can’t wait until summer comes. Sure, humidity is annoying, but I’d take it over snow! i love the long summer days and gorgeous light.
I feel like it’s hard for me to get photos now that I’m not in Brooklyn Bridge Park any more. I suppose I could go to Brooklyn, but that would take a couple of hours.
Ugh. Where to take photos…
