I don’t know how there can be so many leaves on the ground and so many leaves left on the trees. It’s like the opposite of the sock eating laundry monster. Where did they all come from?
My name is Alex and I have been blogging in some form or another since 1998. I’m a former Manhattanite now living the quieter life in Brooklyn. I like outerwear and red lipstick.
When I was younger, I was let loose in a GAP Kids one too many times, resulting in many of the fashion choices you see here in my photos. I also read, traveled, and took cooking and art classes. Art eventually led me around to photography, and to this day I do enjoy a good brunch.

Yes it fits an iPad! I can put my 11″ MacBook Air in it, which I think is slightly larger than an iPad.
I am fully aware of who is the laundry monster……….moi of course!! As for the leaves not too many in the city! I love that bag!

and I hate the sock eating laundry monster. I don’t understand, where does my other sock go? Two go in, one comes out… its infuriating…
Due to the sock eating laundry monster, I have tons of black socks but no black socks in pairs. And I hate mismatching socks. I feel like sewing them together before they go in.
Perhaps those mesh laundry bags instead? I always use them for my super delicates, but never thought about them for socks. Oddly the laundry monster eats the (empty) bags too though. Every few months I find myself in the dollar store buying a few more.
Our leaves here are currently covered with slush/snow. I don’t know what I would rather NOT do..rake leaves or shovel snow? haha I really don’t like doing either one. Yes, I’m drooling over that bag too!
Both shoveling and raking? Not the best… though I dislike raking more. All that dust and dirt just gets everywhere!
I know! I keep on seeing leaves on trees still and haven’t even bothered raking my yard. That purse, Alex. It’s beeeeeeeyoootiful!
They must have just all blown in from somewhere else. I never spent my Coach gift card that I blogged about ages and ages ago, so when the next round of Legacy bags came out, well…
